First make sure that you have set the modal image enable in theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/q5fpll on Gutenberg you can use this setting -> https://prnt.sc/q5fqq8 if you use the classic element make sure that you have set the class for modal image -> http://prntscr.com/q5frma
