But they should not appear on all captions … only on those who read lounge completely.

Hi,

That is not possible, unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this just for module titles/excerpts.
We will consider this for future updates tough but if you really need this we suggest you get a freelancer to implement it for you.

Hi,

It could be done but you would need custom work for it so if you really need this I suggest you get a freelancer to help you do it, that if you can’t manage it by yourself.
