I was able to add the feature of Numbered counter on the footer.

But,These 3 row was deleted.

Besides,I can’t find the load template button.

I’m using the latest version.
It is version 9.0.1.

I made a fotter page like so:https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xhojDy7SWCVN4lmiPIy2P_jYMEismvvi

and,I pressed Edit with TD Composer,but I can’t see the LOAD TEMPLATE button.

All page doesn’t have LOAD TEMPLATE button
