From my site it is impossible to save pins in pinterest. For example, the picture from this page http://ibcm.biz/?p=3739 is not saved in the pinterest. The message appears “This site doesn’t allow you to save Pins”
What could be the reason?

sorry but we have not tested rich pins and there is no official method of implementation for them. For most users these worked out of the box but not because of the theme implementation. Please also test this on a wp default theme such as twentysixteen to see if the theme is really the cause or external sources.

We are having *no* problems with rich pins sharing from our sites.
a) you need to pre-approve site rich pins with Pinterest
b) you need to have the open graph meta data in the head of your post pages, usually via plugin like Yoast SEO.
Theme has no control over Pinterest in any way.
