From Newspaper 8 to Newspaper 8.5

Hi just got an email from evato themeforest to download the new Newspaper 8.5 edition, as my website is now fully developed if i download the Newspaper 8.5 will it affect my current website like links, and design?

Hello GusV,

You should make a full backup to your database before each theme installs to avoid losing all the data. Your website should not be affected by this theme’s update but to be sure, please make a full backup.
