Dear Anyone who can help,
My front page first article slides between new article and previous front page articles and i don’t want that. I would prefer a static article without it automatically sliding between the new and old one.
Please help.

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you want a sticky post on a block?
You can enable sticky post from WordPress and mark a post as sticky will popup firstly. You need to change like here: http://screencast.com/t/noujYiHZflm but please note that it will affect all blocks.
A solution to control posts on Big Grid Slider or any block is to filter by tag – http://screencast.com/t/B8r7mj3e so only posts with that specific tag will appear there – http://screencast.com/t/nzjearpA

Like I said the theme doesn’t have an option to control this and you will have to make custom modifications for this or filter by tag.
I see that you use version 4 of the theme, but you can use the same solution that I have suggested above. Make your post sticky – http://screencast.com/t/vP2zyD8o1Qc also make this change in data source file – http://screencast.com/t/iODwA0fPvabn and set you Big Slider to filter from all categories – http://screencast.com/t/RaE1tFQ9Q
