I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the pagebuilder+latest articles as page template and also, for the latest articles you are using the module_6 for displaying the featured images, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/jDHlCEnGT Please notice that all of these images can be displayed using our modules which have own thumbnails and it cannot be displayed in full size. if you could please read back your reply, it doesn’t make any sense.
however as i gigged into this matter of my own, i could see that the featured images for my posts are fetched as native LARGE IMAGE. means that the images shown in my homepage are large images which in my case was 1024px max.
all other images that bellow that line was displayed as they were.
i still wonder how YOUR THEME manages not to use your own set of thumbnails but the natives.
how ever i think i came up with a workaround by reducing my LARGE image dimensions in media settings to 480×480.
but as im having about 20000+ images it is something near HELL to rebuild those thumbs…
in my opinion it is VERY BAD IDEA to use a large 1024px featured image thumbnail .
my site was dying to load.
anyways.. you sure could & will sure improve …

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to create a custom aspect ratio for the thumbnails images and if you will change this, it’s possible to break the theme layout, sorry! Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment! Also, you can try using such a plugin with this functionality and check how it will work for you.

If we can change it, it will automatically change thumbnail size and then we can use css if needed.

You can change the Latest articles module to the one you like. There are multiple modules available that you can choose from

Maybe you can find one that is suited for your images, without making any modifications.
Each user can create a new topic here on the forum. Please provide more details if possible as to what exactly is happening, why you cannot open a topic. We will investigate.
