When I submit any link to google+, it comes with a thumbnail of the featured image and also showing the title of another post from my blog.

Please make sure you have seo yoast installed and OG tags set from the plugin. Then send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue.
