I installed the learndash plugin for e-learning. When I go to insert the vimeo videos on the lesson construction page, in the preview of the video you see the button for full screen viewing, while then on the final page the fullscreen button is no longer there. I have already contacted LearnDash and they say that these options do not handle them, which is a problem with the theme or with vimeo. You can help me? thank you

Unfortunately we did not tested the learndash plugin for e-learning with our theme, therefore we can not say if this will work correctly or not with out theme, sorry!
Please provide me a link to one of these pages and some screenshots with the settings you have made and I will try to help you as better I can.

No kidding calin, it still doesn’t work on the final page. I see the full screen button on both the entry and preview pages but then on the final page it is not visible.

Please do not post your private credentials on forum.
I just checked with a video from vimeo -> https://i.imgur.com/laEbdbe.jpg in a post using just copy and paste -> https://i.imgur.com/Cz2aGeQ.png and for me this option appear -> https://i.imgur.com/LkqO2v9.png this make me think that is something with the plugin that you are using, when I took a closer look I sow a custom css from the plugin on that button with display none set with important -> https://i.imgur.com/0A1vfyw.png this is clear from the plugin.
Also I do not understand why to you a plugin for something that is no need.
Please try like in my example and let me know the results!

Below you will find the one that answered me learndash assistance. I got a little tired of this bouncing off responsibility. Solve the problem please. I’m paying the cost of the theme and plugin support and none that can solve this simple problem.

Please note that as long the video is working correctly with our theme and the full width icon is appearing on backend (you can not view the full width on backed) and frontend (only here you can use the option for full width), that means there is not a theme problem.
Id the plugin that you are using is render different with a default WordPress theme and the full width icon appear and in our theme id not, that mean that it is a conflict between our theme and the plugin you are using, unfortunately this is not a tested plugin, therefore we can not provide support for it.
