Where is the setting to display the header and footer at full width like in the demo example:-

Hello antonmh,
As you can see, our demo preview uses the Header Style 1 and also, it does not have any background image set it. Please keep in mind that if you will set a background on your website, the theme will be automatically switched to the boxed mode and the header and footer section will not be in full width.
