Function to get the URL of a featured video

Hi There,

I’m trying to show featured video on Facebook Instant Articles and AMP. As the “officials” pluging for those don’t take into account any other media except the featued image, I’m kind of stragling here…

Is there any function to get the URL of the featured video?

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no WordPress function to grab it as the featured video is a custom theme implementation. A function must be created to grab the featured video and that will be no easy task. I suggest hiring a freelancer to help out with this as substantial coding skills will be required.
