functions.php error

My functions.php file in wp-includes folder somehow got modified and now I can’t access my website or admin area. Can someone tell me which functions.php file I need to use within that folder to solve the problem.

Simplest way is to upload the file from the theme download for Newsmag….
upload via FTP or from your hosting filemanager to /wp-content/themes/Newsmag/functions.php

“somehow got modified” is not a good thing …
nothing in the theme modifies that — so unless you have somebody working on that, you should make sure your site is fully patched and secure with latest version of WordPress 4.2.1 and double check ALL your plugins are updated/patched!

Do you have an issue with function file from WordPress?
As the theme functions file is in root of the theme(not in WP-includes) – http://screencast.com/t/ZTgx0gO3uU0 and you can upload it via FTP like Christopher suggested.
