Gadgets Pro – logo not changing

Hello.
I imported ‘Header Template 62 – Gadgets Pro’ and changed the logo following the movie below but the logo is not changed.

I found there are some users who experienced the same issue. Please let me know how this can be handled. Thank you.

Hello,

I made this video https://www.screencast.com/t/OeCnsxx45 normally it should change like that.
Do you use another page builder?
Please check the console when you try to change the logo is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
