GAM AD Logout cannot show

Hello,

I am a GAM user. I have pasted its Header Code into the “HEADER SCRIPT CODE” in the Theme Panel. The ad placement body code in the Ad Box. However, when I log out, the ads do not appear. Can you please advise on a solution?

Hello,

Please let me know what type of ads you use.
Also, please check if you have this option enabled https://i.imgur.com/mTBMhgz.png
If the code needs to be set between head tags, this can be put in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq

I don’t know why I need to add GAM’s head to both header.php and Theme Panel to display ads. Is there any problem?

Hi,

You do not need to add the code in the header.php file. It depends on what type of ads you use. Please provide the type of ads.

Hello,

I saw in this guide https://developers.google.com/publisher-tag/guides/get-started that the code must be added in the head and body, you can add the code in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes in the head and body tags.
