GDPR Cookie Consent Banner not showing up for users of mobile theme

I currently have the mobile theme active on my website. The cookie consent banner of the plugin “GDPR Cookie Consent Banner” shows up on the desktop version of the website but not the mobile version.

How can I program the banner to show up for mobile users?

If the GDPR Cookie Consent Banner plugin is not compatible with the mobile theme, which cookie consent plugin is, and how can I configure it to show the banner for mobile users?

Hello!

The GDPR Cookie Consent Banner plugin is not a tested plugin with our theme.
Unfortunately, no other plugin in this sense has been tested with our theme. Also, we can not provide support for untested plugins.

Hello @Bettina,

can you please recommend a solution for TCF/GDPR Consent on AMP/Mobile theme? This is really crucial and important, if nothing works with your theme you have to find a solution about this.

Unfortunately, we don’t have another tested plugin for GDPR. But, you can test and see if it is working or not.
