GENERAL MODAL IMAGE not working

Hello,
the lightbox is working only with featured images.
How can I solve this issue?

P.S.: The GENERAL MODAL IMAGE is enabled.

Hello,
If the general modal image is enabled the lighbox should apply to all images. Please provide a link to your site so I can inspect it.
