Hello josinc,
I have inspected your website and I saw that some images go on the light box and some do not. Check them if do not work here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/94XbecKWmpTf
Thanks for the message!
Hello Catalin,
I have manually set the ‘modal on’ for some images.
And the ‘Global Modal Image’ is on.
But not all images are not appearing in light box.
PS: I think, when ‘Global Modal Image’ is on, we don’t have to manually set modal ‘on’ for every single image.
Modal is not on for the following image

Hello Josin,
Yes, if the General Modal image is ON, you should not manually set the modal ‘on’ for every single image, right!
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Same happening here. I disabled all plugins, set General Modal to ON yet every single image I upload comes with Modal OFF and I have to mnanually set it to ON.
What’s the point of a general setting that is not working?.
Can you please take look at this?
If it is a gallery it will work just fine. But if I upload a single photo it won’t work.
Take a look at this review.

The galleries are working but the single images are not. All our images are always link to media file instead of page attachments.
Hello,
Please note that I have checked on my side with General Modal Image On and the lightbox working as expected. Ensure that you have enabled this option for each image from here
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/T3PtzfiluTjU Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Yes when I click on said button, it works. But I have to do it each time for each picture because the button always shows as OFF by default.
What’s the point of a global ON if the button displays as OFF. I have to manually edit the picture I insert and click on that button.
Isn’t there a better method ?
Hello tecnogaming,
The featured image will open in a modal when clicked, by default. This could be removed here by removing the modal class
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Xq2zmW4dwOqr
That would cause the image to open like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tphH1GR84E
Next, remove the link set above
– https://www.screencast.com/t/J7cm0wfIrW3
That would result in the image being non-clickable. You can make this modification if that is what you want.
Try to clear all the caches and check the results.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
That’s exactly my problem. I want the modal to be ON by default. When I inspect the code on my website it does not add the modal class. I have to insert an image, then go to edit the image and then click on the “ON” button on the Modal for the image to be able to zoom properly.
I want to be able to open all my images inserted with the modal by default but it always shows as OFF by default, even when I selected the “Default modal ON” on the Theme settings.
