Hello, is it possible to embed Social Counter in each post and see how many people liked and shared this post?

Hello,
Unfortunately the social counter does not work like that. It is programmed to pull the likes/followers from a given username/id.
For that there is the top and bottom article sharing (http://screencast.com/t/djyGMEZg) which has a share button and a like count for your post.
