Get rid of the sidebar headings

how I get rid off all the <h3> in the sidebar and only there?

Hi,

All the headline from the sidebar are determined by this function: http://screencast.com/t/jpuaxnl0yTS
You can remove the h3 tags or change it from here but then you will remove them from all block module which use this function.
