Hello @coinedition !

I can access them easily. Did you solve the issue? Make sure that the plugins you use are not redirecting those pages.

Thank you!

Hello @coinedition !

Your pages are working great. This is what I mean.

Thank you!

Oh okay. Yea, now it is working. But sometimes it won’t. Getting 404 errors, then we do save the permalinks again, and clearing the cache will fix the issue. Don’t know why this is happening. Do your theme has any conflict with the WP Rocket plugin or WPML?

So you won’t support us if we use some other cache plugin? There is some issue with the theme as I mentioned.

Hello @coinedition !

Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

Hi @bettina,

We are still facing this issue.

Sometimes we are getting 404 page not found issues on our inner pages. When clearing the cache and resaving the permalink will fix the issue. Dont know what causing the issue. We checked it with the WPML support team and they checked the website and they said all their functionalities and settings working fine and set up correctly. How to solve this 404 issue? Why are some of the inner pages (mainly category and tag pages – maybe all 4 languages or maybe some of them) getting “404 page not found” issues? The issue will be fixed after clearing the cache and resaving the same permalink structure again. Also, sometimes this issue is not getting for the logged-in users because the cache for logged-in users is off.

We are now in a situation of not being able to clear the cache, if we clear the cache we will get the 404 error, and it will be solved only if we clear the cache again and resave the permalink. In most cases, we are getting this automatically without even clearing the cache. The website will maybe work perfectly for 3-4 days or 1-2 days and after that, the same issue happens.

Does this issue encounter in any of your clients? How to solve this issue? below are some details of our website.

The website is hosted on WP Engine
Cache plugin:- WP Rocket and WP Engine cache
SEO:- Yoast SEO Premium
Multilingual Language:- WPML Plugin

You can check the ditto copy(staged version) of our live website using the below link.
