I’m getting a bit annoyed cos i’ve paid for a premium product, and im having to mess about to get it to work. I’ve finally managed to get it activated by deleting all my pre-installed plugins, yet now when i go to install the required plugins, it does not work… A premium product should work right out of the box, please tell me how to fix this issue…

There are situations when there could be problems, despite our best efforts and no matter how much we test on our side.
If you have problems using the composer, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, if possible also cPanel and FTP. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
