Getting rid of a 2nd menu?

Having a bit of a challenge.

On the basic home page, the menu in blue is the “main menu” (top image)

If I click on a category in the main menu, I get a 2nd menu that is just repeating the cateogories (in white with black text, the 2nd image)

is this a block issue?

Hi

This area http://screencast.com/t/oVTV6Agun it’s designed to display the subcategories of current category, but if that category doesn’t have any subcategories, that category’s siblings, that’s why they appear repeated. That totally worked a treat! Thanks for making such a full featured theme. It is a bit complicated, but really has a lot of flexibility and options. Just makes finding the “right” place to make a change somewhat challenging!
