That is most likely not coming from the theme, unless maybe code was entered in the theme panel or in the theme files.
I checked the website you mention, without an adblocker to see if such an ad or whatever that is appears, but I don’t see it anywhere at this time https://i.imgur.com/mjJ6JRS.png
Does it still appear? And where exactly does it appear in the website? Let me know.
