Getting support is too slow. Dead slow.

Hello

I a very disappointed in the amount of time it takes to get help. Especially when the provided was no help and then you need to wait about another 1 to 2 days for next answer.

So it can take up to 5 days to get an a solution.

How are we meant to manage out sites effectivity with help taking sometimes many days to to get? It’s so slow to the point you might as well just buy the nulled version will full divi template access for $7 because paying the full amount just to get support does not seem to provide any return on investment for effective and fast solutions to problems

The support is here yes. The level of support I am finding is dreadful with lack of detailed response. And if you have a question about a response. Your waiting two days!!!

Two days to get an answer, if the answer is not helpful and you need to ask more information. You have to wait another 2 days.
