Hello,
Id you cannot access the dashboard because of this issue, please use this guide:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Plugins are the number 1 reason for errors after an update so please test without any plugins to see if the issue is not plugin related.
