GIF logo not working

Hi there,
I’m trying to use a gif as logo (in the header section).
I’ve created a gif and upload it but the animation is not working. Altough it’s working well if i just open the picture url. I’ve tried different size, every possibility but once it’s on the website header (as logo), there is no animation.
What can I do?

Hi,

Our logo is an Animated PNG you can use this website for make your own one https://ezgif.com/apng-maker
Also you can make some tests with others gifs, is possible that the gif you set to not be compatible.

thanks for your reply.

I’m using ezgif to create the animated png but it’s still not working.

I’ve created to apng from scratch with 2 pictures. The animation is working on ezgif but not on the website.

I’ve also just upload a gif and converted to apng but still not working.

What can I do?

I Just tested by myself and is look like is working, but maybe is not all gif.

Please set the logo on full size, only this way will work,

You set the logo as thumbnail, or a medium, and the gif was made thumb.
