So when I try to edit an image frame or add an image frame in the builder, it won’t let me edit it. Lots of issues like this and I tried to sign up for an account to submit ticket but when I put my purchase code in the place you need to register for an account, it does nothing. Help!

There’s a number of things that have happened over the last couple of months that has not allowed me to edit certain aspects of a page. For example, when trying to edit an image frame, it just goes dark and won’t let me touch anything according to this screenshot:

Might not be your issue, but one common solution is to modify the default time that WP does an ‘auto save’ to something like 120 seconds or more. Change that in the wp-config.php file — many issues I’ve had with editing things lead back to pesky WP trying to do something WHILE I’m trying to do something.

If the composer you are using to create and edit the pages is not working properly, please take a look at the theme system status

Ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you if needed. I don’t recognize any of the composers provided in the theme package in that screenshot. I believe none of the composers have an iframe element available.
