Do you know of any tools/plugins I can use to create a glossary type pages that will work for the theme. Something like this https://www.shopify.com/encyclopedia or this https://www.investopedia.com/financial-term-dictionary-4769738

Unfortunately, we do not have a tested plugin with our theme at the moment. But, you can test and see which one is suitable for your needs.
