Google Adsense is not showing in the sidebar of the theme. I tried various time but all in vein. on other places add is showing except the sidebar of the theme. please guide me how can I put add on the sidebar of the theme.
Should i try Google Adsense Plugin to run add on the sidebar of the theme.

Did you try simply placing into a text box widget in sidebar?
Always best way to test if the code you’re using actually works or not.
At least that’s what I do.
