All three of my Google 728×90 ads have turned green and are showing 728×90 size in top left had corner. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and changing from asynchronous to synchronous but they’re still green.

Can you please fix?

Please ignore – this was caused by a Google Chrome extension which I have now removed so everything is ok now.

Yup. Theme does not control the look of Google’s advertising.
