I reviewed the documentation, read almost the entire forum here, and implemented all of the guidelines. However, nothing seems to work, and Google AdSense does not appear on my site. What can I do?

If the Google Adsense code are approved, then those should be display.

I think that the problem is that the code you get from the AdSense https://ibb.co/gyzRfYy need to be set between head tags and not in the body -> https://i.imgur.com/BewfIFQ.png -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9274516?hl=en&ref_topic=28893 so that code need to be set in the theme panel in this place -> https://i.imgur.com/HM53CaX.png that code need to be set only once per page and including the code in that place is all you need. If you code it looks like this -> https://i.imgur.com/aTz3F4Q.png -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9190028?hl=en&ref_topic=28893 then it can be set in ad elements.
Also, please by sure that your website is compatible with the AdSense policies -> https://i.imgur.com/8fVioIh.png if is not, the ads will not be display.
