Hi,
We have been using NewsMag for about a year now and it has been great. But recently and for the second time now we are receiving violation notifications from Google Adsense claiming that we are doing something wrong. Our set up is very clean and simple and I cannot figure out the issue.
As the site also advertises some other areas of our activities I thought that possibly more clearly identifying our own ads as advertisements would help but it has not.
Google has absolutely no way to communicate what seems to be an error and we are at risk of being stripped of using AdSense.
Is it possibly something with the theme?
This is the URL that is in apparent violation: http://www.circusbazaar.com/modern-eugenics-our-cultures-warped-idea-of-beauty/
Below is the details of the violation that seems not to make sense with reality.
Any advice?

Why was this action taken against my account:
Publishers are not permitted to cause users to click on Google ads unintentionally or drive excessive attention to ad units. This includes implementations, such as:
Placing Google ads in floating box scripts
Flashy animations that draw a user attention to the ads
Arrows or other symbols pointing to the ads
Site layouts which push content below the fold
Likely due to ad on right side being part of the sticky area that affixes near to top. Move the adsense ad to bottom of sidebar, below the fold for sticky content. Thats hiw we have ut on some of our sites with no issue. Or turn off the sticky sidebar entirely.
If that is correct I would like to have a TagDiv response to this as they do have Adsense placement and this sticky area combined. It does not seem such an extreme function. Stupid google.
Hi
The theme place only header and article top/bottom ads in fixed position. The placement of this ads respect googles’s policy. Any other ads can be placed in many different places on post/page content but the theme won’t check if theirs positions respects googles’s policy. As for ads being displayed in sticky sidebar that is strictly against the rulesof ad-sense. You can check this topic from ad-sense support forum for more details:
