Google adsense not showing on pages error 404 (not found)

I must an issue for Google adsense and hope you will help me.
I put google adsense ads on my website and then check back on the web, the error is not displayed as below :

you can open inspect to check

I did correct in the manual but still errors, please make me again by the google code adsense is not added?
to add my adsense code as below the YOUR HEADER AD you do you make an check me.
