Did you add the code in analytics field from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/lMBMydXl2 or have you edited any of the theme files? If you’re using an analytics tracking code make sure that it’s added properly and also check if you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ clear all caches and test again.

If you use the theme panel implementation, you do not need to use the first part (like the one you placed in the theme panel) Simply get the code between the script tags and place it in the analytics spot.
