All: Google Analytics code appears in the top bar of my site after I enter it in the analytics box in the theme settings options area.
Any suggestions on how to embed it on the site hidden from plain view will be appreciated.

The Analytics code has to be added between the tags like this. <script>your analytics code</script>
To add analytics code, Go to Theme Panel -> Analytics and paste your analytics code in the box provided.
