Google Analytics increased

Good night,

I installed the theme Newsmag on my website and put the Google Analytics code in the space reserved for it.

However, I noticed that the number of online users has nearly doubled. You know tell me if there is any bug in this feature?

Hi,

It shouldn’t and we haven’t had any similar reports. You can implement the analytics code to your site using the set up guide from google: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en and

Paste your snippet (unaltered, in its entirety) into every web page you want to track. Paste it immediately before the closing tag.

You can find the closing head tag here: http://screencast.com/t/OQrWXsmrMc paste the code there then check the stats again.

Also consider when adding the analytics tracking code snippet to the theme panel > analytics section: http://screencast.com/t/FyqgIVjogqTZ you do it without including the <script> tags which are included by the theme so test the code without those script tags.
