Google+ counter not showing followers

I have checked your google plus account and I have noticed that you do not have any followers and that’s why the counter displays you 0. Please notice that our Social Counter feature displays only the followers and not the viewers from Google Plus. First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and required plugins and then please ensure that you have added an valid google plus ID in order to achieve best results.

Please notice that your website does not work, sorry! I get this error like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/F39ZDpeTi5Fj Also, notice that I have tested your Google Account to my website and it seems to work as properly. Most likely, you do not have it configured properly. Check the above screenshots.
