After updating the theme I am now getting a lot of AMP issues from Google.
Did not have them before. How do I get this fixed?

I see the website is using just the AMP plugin at the moment, without the mobile theme. Also an older theme version. That should work just as well. I checked some posts from the website, AMP is working and valid – http://prntscr.com/nlhb8g – http://prntscr.com/nlhbc3 there are no errors.
Do the errors refer to any specific posts or pages? From what I can see AMP works fine. You could mark them as fixed and monitor to see if such errors appear again.

No I’m using both mobile + Amp.
The mobile plugin is activated and the boxes are checked.
Why would you say I’m not using Mobile?

I sent you a screen shot of what google provides. It doesn’t give pages.
I will mark them as fixed and see what happens.
I am saying that the mobile theme doesn’t seem to be active at the moment. When the mobile theme is active, on mobile the website will look like this theme demo (the demo uses the mobile theme, you can check with a mobile)

The AMP version will look the same.
AMP will still be working without it, the posts will be valid and look like this
