What are google fonts settings in theme panel? What if I disable google fonts? Does it affect mobile theme fonts?

Hi,
You can find the option in Theme panel>Theme fonts> Google Fonts Styles -> https://i.imgur.com/PetIPth.png usually this option is used when you are loading your own fonts.
This option is global for entire website (mobile theme too).

Hi,
If you are using a PRO demo the difference are very very low, in pro demos will be load only the style that is use, this will optimize the time.
If you are using tagDiv Standard pack then will be faster to use a custom font, not from google.
