Google repor error in /themes/Newspaper/

Hi,

I deleted all blocks from the robots.txt file (put all allow) as by recent statements seem to suggest

All ok, but Google webmaster tells me a soft 404 error in wp-content/themes/Newspaper

clicking on that file in the browser appears follow:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php:6 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php on line 6

Everything’s OK?

I simply put a Disallow:/wp-content/themes/Newspaper
or what?
