On 16th Sep 2019, Google tweaked their rich snippets requirements, wherein the itemReviewed property is now supported only for a very small list of Schema.org types.
Theme Rich Snippet error:
Thing is not a known valid target type for the itemReviewed property.

Hello,
Indeed there was some changes in schema.org and now the reviews are no longer working correctly.
This problem was noted on our fix list for the coming update.
