Hello,
So I was checking my indexed pages on google, then I noticed that it is indexing random pages such as:
https://prnt.sc/tdlssc
https://prnt.sc/tdlttt
Do you know what is causing this to happen?

This seems to be a SEO issue. You will have to contact a freelancer in SEO in order to fix this.
