Hi I am having difficulty with the code insertion for google tag manager in the newspaper theme. I tried to create the header.php file and load it into the child theme, but the site does not see the changes, I tried to modify the header.php file, that of the main theme, but the same does not work.
I tried to insert it in the “theme panel” settings, where the code for analytics is inserted, I inserted the one for google tag manager, but it does not work because the code is inserted before the closing of the head and body tags, instead, according to the specifications of google tag manager, the code must be entered immediately after opening the head and body tags.
I just need to enter the code for GTM, the code for Analytics I enter it in the GTM console.
Could you help me understand how to solve this problem?
In other sites I don’t have this problem because I just need to edit the header.php file of the various themes and everything works.
In addition, I must also add the code for cookiebot and in my opinion I will have the same problem.

By simply integrating the code in the header.php file ( main theme ) this should work like a charm.
Please make sure that your cache is clear from your end and from host too. This sounds like a caching issue.
