get the latest theme version and re upload the tagdiv social plugin (delete the old one). We added G+ and some other social networks to it.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve upgraded the plugin, however, the facebook part doesn’t work anymore, the counter always shows 0. Twitter and G+ work nicely tho
Update: it seems G+ doesn’t work too, only Twitter of the 3. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, deleting the old plugin and installing anew..nothing worked.
Another update, seems like Facebook is working (it took a while to update the counter), but Google+ still doesn’t work. I’ve updated the theme to 1.7.1, replaced the plugin also, no fix.
Another update, it seems G+ now works, 6h later, I don’t know exactly what’s the polling interval but it works now 🙂
Hola, estoy necesitando soporte de TagDiv en español para el NewsPaper 8. Pero en el sitio web de TagDiv.com no hay dirección de correo electrónico para escribirles. Y estos foros no me dan la opción sobre uso de redes sociales que estoy necesitando
