Graphic for comment counting still there

Hi, It seems that it is something wrong with the comments counting. The graphic for comments counting is still there on the front page, on categories pages and also some other places….
I have disabled it under post settings and it has gone from posts. But not the graphic on other places….

Check this settings (Enable or disable comments number on blocks and modules):
