Grid 10 on frontpage

For category page I can choose : CATEGORY TOP POSTS STYLE: Grid 10

Is there a way to show grid style 10 on the frontpage?
I haven’t found a block that can do this.

Big Grid 8 is the highest number I can add in Visual Composer. There is no Big Grid 10.
I have Newspaper 7.6 installed and Visual Composer 5.0.
