Grid 4 displays wrong after going live

Yesterday I updated and tested the recent 7.3 update on our staging site. Everything worked out well and the staging site looked great. This morning I pushed the staging site to live and the grid-4 displayed out of sorts. I have screenshots to share if I am allowed to attach to a post.

Currently, I have reverted back to the previous version of the live site until I can resolve the issue.

I’ll give pertinent information after I’m allowed to post the screenshots.

Thanks,

Kris

Screenshot on staging site

Screenshot after pushing live

Andrei,

My site url is http://www.vbjusa.com, but you will see that issue isn’t there as I reverted my site to a previous version.

On the first link above you will see the screenshot from my staging site. This was a successful upgrade and grid-4 was perfect.

One the second link above you will see what the grid looked like after I pushed the site from staging to live. I can’t explain how it looks, you’ll just have to look at the screenshot.

What I can tell you is for the past two years I have used the same method to update the template and this is the only issue I have had so that is good. Just want to know if you have seen this issue before and if there is a fix.

Thanks for you reply and I’m looking forward to a resolution.

Kris

HI

I am not sure why this happens on tour site as I can’t duplicate the situation on my end. You can address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and give us wp-admin to your site so we can have a closer look. Also create a test page were we can inspect this issue.

Thanks!

Alin,

Thank you for the reply, but your response makes me wonder if you did not read what my issue is. I’m willing to try your fix but understand that the issue is not that I’m not wanting to update to 7.3. I have a staging site that I test upgrades on and the look good then I push to the live site. The update to 7.3 looks great on my staging site! When I push to live the issue occurs. The push to live is an exact copy for I am confused on what the issue might be.

Thanks
