We can filter all content in grids using any Post’s Category, but it is possible to use Page instead? For example, I would like to use Big Grid 12 with all 3 items linked to pages (not posts). Posts will be displayed on each page.
The reason is that we like the grid design, but would like it linked to pages.
Hi,
tagDiv blocks were designed more for default post types, but you can display also pages there. Since the pages don’t have categories, tags… the filter options are limited.
To display pages you will need to write the post type, like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/E17XUX4ls Also you can filter your pages using the IDs.
Also there is another option. You can add Image Box element(or maybe a multipurpose element) to your page and link each image to the specific page – https://www.screencast.com/t/l6UUsAZkHn
Thanks!
Thanks for response Alin! We’ll do some tests.
We like the grid more because of the gradient color but WPBakery/Elementor should be able to create something like that. We thought about it earlier.
Back to the grid again:-
1. There are Title, Author and Published Date shown – Is it possible for us to manage the location? e.g. to make it center horizontally or vertically or both.
2. Can we manage the gradient color? E.g for Grid Style 3 – Flat Colours. Just wonder whether we are allowed to change the color without going to the code.
Thanks again!
Hi,
1. That will be possible with a flex grid. For example flex grid 4 is similar to big grid 12. But it has many more settings including the alignment of the post meta in the modules
– http://prntscr.com/m2vrbi
In the layout tab of the flex grid there are more options if needed for further positioning of the meta.
Big grid 12 can display the meta centered by a couple of predefined styles

2. This is possible again with the flex grid mentioned above. Each module can have it’s own custom color overlay, or gradient

For the predefined big grid 12 this would only be possible with some CSS for each module, to override the default colors. If needed I could give you the code. Let me know.
Thanks
