Why there isn’t 5 option in the grid elements per row settings. I need to make it 5. Is it possible?

So you want to display 5 modules per row with a grid? A flex grid is capable of doing this. Flex grid 1 for example – http://prntscr.com/ma005c
The other predefined grids cannot do this, they have predefined values and will always look the same.
If I misunderstand the question please correct me.

It’s great that you informed me about it. But I still want to make a Post Grid with 5 grid elements per row. There is 1,2,3,4 and 6 options. Why 5 is missing. Is it possible me to make it 5 with changing some codes or something else.

It is the same for me. That is a WPBakery element, maybe that is how it was designed to be by the plugin author. Could be a reason for it. I tested with a default theme and the same options are displayed.
As for modifications in the WPBakery plugin, I really can’t say how or where they could be done and not cause problems with the plugin.
