When I put my site into developer mode, the top grid does not stack correctly like the default demo for newspaper.

Hi,

Please note that our theme is fully responsive and that’s why, on mobile, the layout of the grid is different than the desktop version, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/e6tu9p6qQn1v If you want to request your desktop version on the mobile devices, please note that our theme does not have any such an option for that but only if you will find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works. You can take a look over the next useful guide from here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8qokn4vLew

Thank you!

Hi Catalin –

If the theme was fully responsive, each of those articles in the Grid would stack on top of each other in one column. If you look closely, the third and fourth featured images can only be seen on mobile if I scroll horizontally over the second featured image.

The third and fourth featured images should be stacking underneath the second if it was fully responsive.

Hi,

I have inspected the grid on mobile, I see there is an issue with the modules width
http://prntscr.com/oj8f5c
Maybe you have modified the width for them in the composer, on mobile. You could check this, edit the page with the composer, select the mobile viewport, then check if there is a custom width set for the module image – http://prntscr.com/oj8h1u
It could be that there is a custom width set there, which affects the thumbs on mobile.

This type of grid won’t stack the modules, for the modules on the right (smaller ones) there will be a horizontal scroll. Some grids do indeed stack them on mobile, for example this one – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-9/

Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
